Mega Aggron - team up with OP ally to take out
Mega Gallade - fight takes place over dynamic/moving location
Mega Banette - lots of illusions/bullshit
Mega Steelix- digs alot. Little blue spots are weak points.
Mega Gyrados- ocean battle. Team up with 2 ships to take down.
Mega Gengar & Mega Alakazam - hard 2v1 battle.
Mega Rayquaza - sky battle.
Mega Diancie - multi phase battle with a few mini bosses before the final fight

In no particular order:

Scizor: Timing-based battle where you have to attack a spot inside his claws to damage him. Preferably the opponent is shrunk down so Scizor looks huge.

Golurk: Remember the deer running level from Castle Crashers? That but with a Golurk coming after you.

Cryogonal: Bullshit fight with icy floor mechanics.

Gengar: Like any ghost-related boss battle, find which gengar is the real one out of several clones.

Tyranitar: Shadow of the Colossus stlye fight where you have to climb up a huge Tyranitar, making him attack himself the the process and eventually stab him in the eye.

Infernape: Disarmed, you have to beat him in hand-to-hand combat.

Aegislash: Similar to every boss in Skyward Sword, you have to swordfight and strike at moments of weakness.

M. Gyrados: Bait-n-switch opening. Opponent sees Magikarp sat on castle throne, slaps it onto the floor and then immediately Mega Gyrados bursts through a wall.

What are you talking about, Anon? That'd only work once, and only in a cutscene, after which it will only work as a reasonably strong in-battle attack. Haven't you ever played an RPG?
