I was super into Episode Delta, like actually immersed on it. When I reached Deoxys I wasted all my Ultras on him, then in the moment I threw the Master Ball at it.

I like to roleplay, so I thought the moment was cool. Like the last resort kinda deal.

I almost OHKO'd it so the next turn I freaked out and used the master ball.

Am I cool now? Also I can't remember if you're just given them or not but Groudon and Rayquaza were caught in Pokeballs.

I believe both of their catch rates were lowered drastically as you have to catch them for story progression.

I didn't know you could get him any time, if you killed him. So I tried suuuper hard and soft reset my game and shit for a good natured one with good IVs

Well it's at Level 80, has Recover, and is extremely annoying to soft-reset for if accidentally defeated since you have to sit through tons of dialogue, catch Rayquayza, fight Zinnia, and watch a cutscene.

So kind of.

I just used the Catching O-Power before I fought Rayquayquay. It'll still be active when you reach deoxys, since it never gets the chance to end. Caught both of them in normal pokeballs.

After a few tries I got sick and threw a Masterball at it, but yes, it was caught in space.
