My Feraligatr in Silver. I remember the exact place too. It was during a rematch with a trainer in the Glitter Lighthouse in Olivine.

I think, i remember it being a high level. The one i definitely remember was my brother's traded Blastoise in firered. I somehow trained it to level 103 because of a glitch in the sevii islands.

A Milotic my cousin gave me that was level 50 something to help me defeat the champion in Ruby for the first time.
The first I trained all by myself to level 100 was a Flygon.

Venusaur, but that was using the Missingno cheat. First one I actually did the legwork on was Rayray the Sceptile in Sapphire.

Aside from my Rare Candy exploited Blastoise in Blue, I think it was Metagross in Platinum. Which was also the first Mon I ever EV trained.

Honourable mention to my older sister who's first Lvl 100 was in Yellow, and against all likelihood was that Mr Mime you get traded to you for an Abra.

Charizard, way back in the day in Pokemon Red. I was like, 6. Charizard was all I needed, no other team necessary. Didn't catch any of the birds or Mewtwo either. I beat the elite 4 over and over, just to make him the strongest ever. I think I ran it a few extra times after he hit 100, just to be sure it didn't go higher.
His moveset was Cut, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, and Fire Spin, so he was pretty legit.

Kadabra in Silver. I was a victim of the kid that ''knew everything,'' he told me that Pokemon that evolve by trade also evolve when they reach level 100.

I solo ran FireRed with a Pikachu that eventually got to lvl 100. I went further and got a Seadra to lvl 100, and then a heracross. All shits and giggles, not sure why I did it.

A Dragonite from Fire Red. I moved it over to my Pearl copy. I spilled water in my DS so my sister thought it was okay to give away all my pokemon, including my level 100 Dragonite.

Empoleon in Pearl, the game I clocked the most hours in by far.
Before that I don't think I ever got above the mid 90's, and I haven't bothered getting a pokémon to 100 after HGSS, assuming events already at 100 don't count.
