I hope they address, if I assume it actually what they are pointing to, Ash's self-doubt. And not just Ash doubting being good for Greninja, which is okay, but the the former just opens up new vistas on Ash's character.

Like, Wulfric and Diantha tells the reason why he can't fully synchro with Greninja is because of his self-doubt, and then Serena and the others say, "Ash? You doubt yourself?" and chalks about the many amazing things he has done and his optimistic personality showing how why they can't believe Ash of all people could doubt himself.

The worst part is that Quilladin can still easily be a jokemon, only not as shit.

Usually on deviantart I browse through Misty fan pics with her being drawn as superior to May/Dawn, like her yelling at them to stay away from Ash, or beating them easily in a battle, or them crying, etc.

Most of these pics were made when AG/DP were airing so Iris/Serena didn't exist yet. All Pokeshippers did was draw May/Dawn getting killed by Misty over and over again.

Of the girl voices in the dub I did enjoy Misty's voice and May's the most. Dawn's was alright too, it fit her english character. I stopped watching the dub after DP so I have no idea about the characters after.

Oddly Veronica Taylor's May voice is what made me really like May before I saw any of the Japanese episodes. I still haven't seen most of AG in Japanese and I watched Hoenn as a young teen so its what I remember the most.

Yeah, Dawn and Cynthia were voiced by the same woman. I think she did a fairly good job with them to be honest. Paul's voice in the dub was also really good. Zoey sounded like a lesbian, so most characters still sounded like they should.

It felt like TCPI was still trying during the DP era, since it was the first full series they were dubbing after Battle Frontier. Shame that all the music changes completely kills the episodes though.
