Why Metang? Basically because the first Pokémon game I got after my hiatus was Pokémon Battle Revolution, where Metang was one of the 36 rental Pokémon you could use. Aside from being a good all-around Pokémon compared to the others you could use, it had some really kick-ass animations in that game! It basically impressed me enough that it stayed my favourite - even after when I found out about Metagross (that it would fly like a jet was a big part of why I liked Metang) - up until Mega-Metagross. I just love the design of Megagross so much.
