I can't speak for the first 3, but I play the TCG competitively.

First, it's only been released in a shitty promo box. 95% of these boxes feature non-competitive cards. Basically, their purpose is to get kids to buy them

Second, Ash-Greninja falls into that 95%. It sucks and will never be competitive.

So basically, it can't win a real game and nobody, besides 8-year-olds begging their parents at Target, will ever buy this.
