Since you're running Hex, why not use other Hex users and have that be your central strategy? Put up Toxic Spikes/have prankster Will-o-wisp/twave users to spread status around and look at the wide variety of pokemon that learn Hex and use them as your core. Anybody know why I can't use ev-reducing berries to raise my eevees happiness to 220? I've used 32 berries on it so far and every one used so far gave the message "Eevee became more friendly. It's base attack can't go any lower." but for whatever reason I can't use the last one on it.

I've evolved numerous pokemon this way, in fact I just evolved an umbreon this way. What gives?
