1. Arcanine. If you want an offensive attacker, Victini, Damranitan, and Entei are better. If you want a defensive fire-type, Heatran, Rotom-H, or even Talonflame and Moltres.

2. Togekiss. Jirahi is better for Paraflinching bullcrap, Latias and many others are better for Defog, Talonflame and Gliscor works better as a stallbreaker, and Clefable/Sylveon is better if you just want something that can spam Fairy type attacks.

3. Jellicent. God tier typing, great movepool, decent stats, but there are so many better options for your bulky water type. Gastrodon walls Suicune better and also stops Volt-Turn dead in its tracks. Suicune walls everything else better. Rotom-W beats it out in OU. Sableye is superior as a defensive ghost. Even in RU, Jellicent's home tier, most people prefer Slowking or Alomomola.
