That's what I mean though, does there need to be a parting? The mere fact that Perfect Zygarde is in the movie means one of two things:
- the two cores don't need to fuse to create Perfect Zygarde (but then what would the point of there being two cores be?)
- the two cores need to fuse, meaning Bluni-chan isn't captive anymore by the time the movie comes out (and it can't be set before Bluni-chan is captured in episode 14 since the party has clearly never met it nor witnessed Perfect Zygarde before) and is thus able to come help Puni-chan
If the second scenario is true, then that means the cores don't go away at the end of the TF arc.
