Which is worse: TPCi's dub or the people behind it?

Everything about the TPCi Pokemon dub is cancer. It's a piece of shit, plain and simple.
4Kids, of all people, did a better dub than them and had nicer people working on it, too. That says it all.

I'm not an anime fan, growing up I mostly just watched the crap that was aired on Saturday mornings on broadcast networks (Pokemon, Digimon, Yugioh, etc.). And of those, Pokemon was probably the least-bad dub of the group. Of course it's worse than the dubs aimed at actual anime fans that are more common now, but for an early-2000's dub aimed at Saturday morning cartoon viewers rather than anime viewers, it was (and is) relatively competent.
