Since killing pokemon is not very pokemon like, I imagine you being a pokemon hunting down legendary pokemon in Monster Hunter style. Seems pretty cool to me. Fainting or capturing pokemon results in data which allow you to make costumes for your pokemon based on the pokemon you hunted.
