Might be a ram related issue (usually tells you about an OutOfMemoryError). Pixelmon usually needs around 2GB of ram. The launcher usually does it automatically, but if you installed the mod manually or have a 32bit Java installed, it has that problem.

Alright, so Nether is a bit weird right now. You can make portals when the server restarted, but after 2-3 hours it won't work anymore.
Also: I don't think you keep your things when you die in the Nether so be careful.
The home-command doesn't work in there either. It'll just port you to a random location.

To be fair, Pixelmon launcher is not very reliable. The first error is sometimes caused by not allocating not enough ram.

I noticed that in the pastebin, the manual install says to download forge 11.15.1.1808, but in the launcher, it only gives the option of 11.15.1.1722.
