If jirachi so great then why doesn't he wish away Yvetel or undo Pokemon turning to stone in Pokemon mystery dungeon..? Instead he sits there going "haha maybe they will come from me. Being able to create life or worlds out of nothing doesn't mean Arceus has any talent in battle besides raw power and shooting beams in the general direction of a target.
