Who is your favorite objectmon? What kind of objectmon would you like to see in Sun & Moon? How would you feel about a fossilmon based on primitive caveman tools or cave paintings? Or a legendary objectmon based on the Ark of the Covenant?
Haters are welcome to join the discussion. Robotbros are also welcome to join since there are barely any robot Pokemon (Porygon, Metagross, and Golurk?).
Object mons are great, especially the steel ones. More steel object mons in S/M please.
I want some kind of greasy fast food Pokemon. Bonus points if it evolves from a box of fries to a burger and fries to a full tray of food + drink.

>letters are objects
>>25810695
The ghost and robot objectmons are pretty good. The rest are pretty shit.
If the hawaii region rumor is true, i'd love to see a tiki based pokemon.
>>25810751
What type would you envision it being?
>>25810782
Normal/Ghost.
Fav is the Honedge line, with the Drifloon line a close second. I think their concepts are pretty clever.
>still no Ghost-type haniwa (gyroid) Pokemon
>>25810695
>no Cofagrigus
anon I am disappoint
>>25810818
It could evolve into a deep fryer pokemon that's Fire/Ghost that learns scald.
Chandelure and Aegislash.
>>25810695
>Electrode
Legitimately one of my absolute favourite Pokemon. A mimic monster with a goofy-ass grin and attitude and it allahu ackbars in your fucking face, what's not to love? Magneton is also cool although I dislike Magnezone for ruining the best case of "slap some more of them together" designs.
>Bronzor and Bronzong
one of the few Gen 4 monsters that I can honestly say I *love*.
>Sigilyph
It's Flying-type, it's also Psychic type, these two combined mean I have a predisposition for loving it already. Looking like a weird ass bastard lovechild of Xatu, Unown and those line formations it's partly based on makes it all the more awesome.
>Trubbish
Literally the cutest gen 5 monafter Joltik.
>Litwick
The cutest gen 5 mon after Trubbish.
>>25810892
>Pokedex entries state that it likes haunting fields of Tauros and Miltank.
Do drifloon/drifblim count as objectmons? They're pretty much balloon ghosts, but I still like them
>>25810779
My nigga, a lot of potential
>>25810726
Here's to Sun and Moon giving the Sun and Planet pokemon a mega
http://youtu.be/r3x6-Tvoh90
Muh bro.
I fucking LOVE mega banette
Its a shame its a mega though, makes it hard to use :/ If he didnt need a mega stone I would fit him in nearly everything
>>25811665
Zipperfriend.
>>25810695
Rotom (especially w) is my nigga
You know what I like with Vanilluxe line ? They are always show smilling. They are some of the most hated pokemon but they don't care and smile to all of their haters. When they encounter somebody who hate them in game they will still smile to him. They will always smile, because they are happy despite people hating them and they whant to share their happiness with everybody, even people who want to see them removed from existence.
Vanilluxe is like the ice cream you get when you are in holiday, you know the one you get with your friends and/or family at the end of a nice summer day, but as a pokemon.
Vanilluxe is that nice and shouldn't get all the hate it gets.
>>25810695
>poison/fairy cupcake/mushroom mon
>fairy/fire fairylights pokemon
>more ancient artefact mons (like Claydol)
>electric/steel computer mouse pokemon
>ghost/steel haunted suit of armour
>matryoshka doll (gets smaller with each evolution + gains 'empty shell' ghost version of previous stage)
>water/fairy elephant teapot mon
>magic carpet mon
>psychic dream catcher (learns spider web and feather dance)
>tsukumogami mons (umbrella, paper lantern)
>>25810695
>>25810726
>>25810751
Cancerous faggots who can't roleplay and appreciate lore/universe-breaking mons (natural creature based on manmade things) to feel different
>>25810695
>>25813283
>b-but it's not muh mom's dog with an element slapped on!
>>25813283
>who can't roleplay and appreciate lore/universe-breaking mons
Of course we don't anon, we said we like objectmon, not that we're autistic
>>25813283
>>25810695
Litwick (and the Litwick line) are some of the cutest and coolest designs in the series.
>>25813283
>lore says pokemon are animals
loving every laugh
get fucked dummy
lore says Humans can become pokemon
>>25813397
they are so ominous looking too
and the lore about stealing souls is pretty hardcore.
>>25813283
>Implying I can't enjoy a universe where magical foxes and greasy burger-monsters coeexist.
>>25813418
I like that, too. I love the purple flames, wrought iron and glowing yellow eyes so much. With some of the best ghost-type aesthetics, it's not hard to imagine them in a legitimately eerie setting.
>>25813398
Animals, plants, humanoid (machamp), pile of ooze (muk), abstract shit (swalot)...all fine by me
But not complexe man-made objects like gears, trashbags, magnets and ice creams
>>25813474
Aside from trashbags, because they are literally animated trashbags, the argument can be made that "humans copied pokemon". Some guy saw the Vanillite line and drew inspiration from it to invent ice cream cones.
It's BS but not necessarily lore-breaking.
>>25810695
Why exactly is Beldum on this image? Actually why are Koffing and Weezing on here too, they aren't based on objects. Unless you think they're supposed to be stink bombs.
>>25813474
>swalot
>abstract shit
It's circus-themed still.
>>25813827
Beldum is a dumbbell. Koffing is a landmine in terms of design.
>>25813941
>Koffing is a landmine in terms of design
It is? It looks nothing like a landmine.
>>25813294
Pretty shitty taste you got there buddy
>>25814069
I assume he meant "naval mine".
>>25810695
Good: Grimer line, Koffing line, Luna&Sol, Shuppet line, Beldum line, spooky balloons, Rotom, Litwick line
Awful: the rest
Literally Digimon: klingklangklongmon
>>25814260
The semblance never even crossed my mind, but that's a fair point.
Still too loose to be classified as an object-mon, but that's just me making a distinction between base design feature and base inspiration.
