I mean the info is semi interesting and believable up until the Zygarde part. The base stats are ridiculous, the deleveling is outlandish and Fluff looks like a skinny evolution of Swadloon. Rationalist as an ability is also really really too good for Smogon.

But it would also be an useless ability. Gale Wing is great because flying type is great. The only use for an electric gale wing is priority thunder wave in the rare cases when electric types are outspeeded, something that prankster mon can generally do better.
An ice gale wing would be much more needed and useful.

I skimmed around but stopped reading at the Zygarde stuff, especially the part about Zygarde Cell. First of all, you have more people believing the Cell is a form when it's not, Core is the base form of Zygarde with Cell being more like an item. Second of all, according to the official description of Zygarde Cell they aren't even treated as Pokemon by scientists due to them being unable to think and attack, therefore they shouldn't have any "predicted stats" since they aren't Pokemon.
