How would you feel about an EXP share that splits the EXP of the defeated pokemon among all pokemon in your party and gives more to underleveled pokemon and less to overleveled pokemon?
>>25763954
It would make it easier to balance my team.
How is what's over and underleveled decided?
>>25763954
I just want an exp share and an exp all.
>>25763954
So basically combining the Gen 5 and Gen 6 Experience Shares? Sounds like a good idea to me.
or they can just stop with the casualization bullshittery and just make the exp system work the same way gen 5 did which was already perfect
>>25763994
If it is higher than others it is overleveled in comparison to those, if it lower leveled it is under leveled in comparison
>>25764116
Personally agree with you but there are many that don't unfortunately.
>>25763954
No
The only correct form of Exp. Share is a hold item that splits half between both
Anything besides that you shouldn't have it
>>25764116
the exp share should work as a sort of pseudo hard mode. Rather than having to do an easy/regular/hard version for every trainer's team, you can turn it off/on. What seems to happen is you just end up overleveled or underleveled and there is no middle-ground. I like the idea in theory, just not in practice.
>pokemon was better when I had to grind!
Gen 6 perfected it.
>>25764367
yes
>>25764333
>tfw say I want Gen V EXP share and scaling back
>People complain saying Gen VI's is fine
>Make an in-between version
>People say Gen V's was perfect
I mean I don't disagree with you but man...
>>25764367
You never had to grind in Pokemon unless you're just shit at the game.
>>25764367
I honestly believe if you have to grind in the story, your leveling curve has failed
>>25764439
Or if you're at the point where you're breezing through everything like you're on god mode.
That would be fine too
just no creating xp out of thin air, its really fucking gay
>>25764490
Right? How the heck is GF suppose to balance the damn level curve if you can get free EXP from:
>EXP share
>Catching Pokemon
>Switching pokemon in battle
>Pokemon Amie boost
They literally stopped giving a damn about the level curve in Gen VI and that's really sad to see. And it makes it so much harder for those of us that like to keep all our pokemon's level the same.
I'm hoping they DO start caring about it in Gen VII but I'm not expecting much.
>>25764116
I like the 6th gen version for post game. I'd prefer it being balanced by making the enemies harder.
>>25764116
>casualization
>pokemon
anon

Experience Socialism.
