Pretty nice team and good coverage, even though I like more using Banett or Dusclops as ghost type in RSE, but I still like Sableye (mainly in Gen 6 where it got very strong).

Having two water types in the same team triggers me a bit, even if (eventually) their sub types are different. But still good outside of Pidgeotto (I always pick Fearow, Dodrio or even Aerodactyl).

Great team, very top tier, you will remove Tropius, isn't? It seems like you already are in the part where you caught Groundon/Kyogre, so I would try to use some exotic mon outside of the Hoenn dex (since a bunch of mons appears after it when you get the National Dex), I dunno which you should pick, I would try a Electric type like Luxio in Route 118.

Redundant to use Slowpoke and Lapras, but since you said that you want Muk and Dragonite this is ok, kudos for using Raichu and (mainly) Marowak, it's my favorite Gen 1 mon with Pinsir.

I really like Swampert and Gardevoir, I used Altaria in my first playthrough of Sapphire so I'm very fond of it, Absol is one of these mons "I never used it, but I don't know why", I like it so I will try to use in my next playthrough.

Mono type runs are fun, Normal types are quite versatile in movepool, so you should not have many problems. About Jigglypuff, this happens with a bunch of stone evolutions since you always has to hold back evolving, but is always rewarding see them evolving.

Not bad, but there's some room for one or other better moves.

Swampert: Brick Break instead of Dig.
Gardevoir: Would recommend Shadow Ball, but since it's Gen 3 and ghost is physical, Thunderbolt would add some coverage, Ice punch and Fire punch are great moves for her but they're move tutor in the post-game only (Emerald), Calm Mind and Reflect also are nice support moves.
Absol: Shadow Ball instead of Thief.
Altaria: Dragon moves are Special so you can only benefit from Fly using Dragon Dance, Flamethrower and Dragon Claw are options.
