Create a seemingly niche move that actually gives one of your favourite pokemon a massive buff; I'll start.
>Clear Shot
>Psychic type
>Physical
>70 base damage
Description: Does double damage if the user is affected by a negative/positive stat change. Removes all stat changes after use. This includes any stat changes from status affects (e.g. Burn's attack decrease). Is counted as a punching move.

>Ursaring
>Quick feet
>Toxic/Burn orb
Moves:
>Clear Shot
>Close Combat
>Facade
>Crunch/Play Rough/Fling/Protect/etc.

Ursaring now has an extremely niche but powerful set that alows it to become a huge threat.

Spirit Drain
Ghost Special, 75 BP
User restores 50% of damage done, like a Ghost type Giga Drain.

Woo, my bro has recovery now! Who the hell thought a pokemon whose ability requires it to get hit to do anything should go with only Pain Split to recover health?

Leekmerang
Grass or Flying type, 50 BP, hits twice, 100 accuracy, will hit once and return Stick if used after Stick has been lost.
It'd still be shit, but would be great on an evolution.

I honestly love Girafarig but it's so hard to make good moves for it. I wanted to incorperate it's one useful ability somehow but desu it could probably be a far better move.

In hindsight, it should be either attacking stat being higher than Krookodile's.
Otherwise that becomes retardedly strong against special attackers.

Basically gives you a free boost. Will also hopefully let your froggys out pace the opponent next turn.

also
>Leap frog
>Water Type

>60 base damage
>User jumps on the opponent with its frog legs. Also counts as a flying type attack.

Basically water type flying press. Can only be used by frog pokemon and gives ones like Toxicroak necessary coverage.

Working off of the idea of a pivoting Gourgeist;
>Shadow Switch

>Physical
>70 base damage
Description: The user sends forth a shadowy version of itself to attack and distract the opponent while they swicth out. (Basically a ghost type U-turn)
>>
>>25742005
How about
>Ghoul Leech
>Ghost
>Special
>95 BP
-1 Priority; Switches user out, and the next Pokemon called is healed for 75% of damage output, else heal the user.
>>
>Trophos
>Poison type
>Special
>55 base damage
Description user drains the life of another Pokemon by breaking down its cells, converting 30% of the damage to hp, if the target is poisoned the damage is doubled and so is the healing.

>Vileplume
>Liquid Ooze
>Leftovers

Moves:
>Trophos
>Leech Seed
>Toxic
>Ingrain

Vileplume is now the giant poisonous mushroom flower that poisons and drains like it should have always been. I mean why do you think gloom got so messed up when the flower was eating its little oddish grassy brain?
>>

I really think/like more niche attacks that go against typing to help out certain Pokémon (move like freeze dry)

>Rusting Winds
>70 base power - flying
> super effective against steel types

Give it to one of the shitty bird mons to give them a nice niche.

>Boil
>70 base power - fire
>super effective against water

Again, plenty of shItty fire mons that could use a nice niche.

And so on.

UNDERRATED
>>
>>25742413

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure 1HKO moves aren't affected by accuracy modifiers. I mean it's still a good move but Zap Cannon doesn't benefit from higher accuracy.
>>
>>25746892
Zap Cannon isn't an OHKO move though. It has 120 base power, 50% accuracy and a 100% chance to cause paralysis. It's basically a stronger, electric type dynamic punch that causes paralysis instead of confusion. I just thought it'd be cool to see a pokemon effectively use it.
>>
>>25736586

>Dark Punch.
>Fighting/Dark type
>80 base damage
>Physical

Explanation: Take Primeape and Alakazam as examples.
Primeape uses Dark Punch as a STAB fighting type move.
Alakazam however, receives it as a Dark move, so 2x effective.
Kinda the same as how Psyshock and Draining Kiss are counted as Sp. Att. moves but are received as Att. moves.
>>
>Polute
>Poison type
>Special
>50 Base damage
Description: Reduces the targets Def/Sdef by 1 stage. (secondary effect) Makes poison damage effect steel types, and increases the effect of poison moves on everything else.
Works like a damaging mud/water sport

Would work for most poison pokemon, Expecially garbodor/muk
