Is there a fully evolved Pokemon with a worse movepool?

Magnezone is almost the exact same although Magnezone's is special attacker and Klinklang's is a physical attacker so the movepool is more useful for Magnezone

Regarding the Eeveelutions, Glaceon deserves a special mention because the only special attacks it gets that Vaporeon doesn't are Frost Breath and Icy Wind -- which it gets at the cost of Surf and Scald.

In other words, Vaporeon gets the best attacks of both itself and Glaceon while Glaceon gets Water Pulse. Whoop-de-fucking-doo.
