Despite having been listed as a wild Pokemon available on Routes 12 and 13 with a 5% catch rate, Farfetch'd can not be found on either.

Well, it seems that Farfetch'd was only a placeholder in Yellow they didn't intend to keep in there and I figure they just took him out and now nobody can find it.
