Why are there never Pokémon streams on Youtube Gaming?

Twitch is terrible, it buffers every 3 seconds, both on my computer and phone.

I thought it was my router, but everything else loads fine. My speed is 20mbps download so that's enough to load a stream but Twitch always fucks around with the buffering.

I just started using it because streams didn't buffer every time I breathe, but there are never people playing Pokémon.
