Same here, I prefer Sunkern, but Sunflora looks like it came from a Merrie Melodie or an old Disney short, which is why I just can't not like it.

I'm not the only one who thought of a Grass/Fire evolution for Sunflora, but my idea goes like this.

Sunkrow

Grass/Fire

It would basically look like pic related, only slimmer, and instead of hands it would have sunflowers that shoot fire. The underneath section of its hat would also be like one of said flowers.

"Sunkrow stand out in open fields during daylight hours without moving a muscle. Using solar energy absorbed during the day, they move around at night. They are known for frightening Murkrow."

"They shoot fire from their flowers and creep around in the darkness. No one knows what they get up to. It is not advised to leave your house at night, if you live near one."

A bit similar to Caturne but oh well. I just love the idea of Sunkern and Sunflora doing a complete 180 and evolving into a nightmare-inducing badass.

That is the general idea, luv.

To be fair Caturne is way worse. It has blood made of sand, and follows people in the desert until they collapse from exhaustion. To do.....SOMETHING, they don't even say what it does. Thing's creep af.
