Tail Missile (Sceptile's signature move)
>Grass
>Special
>120 BP
>90 acc
>5 PP
The user releases its tail and shoots it at the opponent like a rocket. This move has a 30% chance to make the opponent flinch. It can hit adjacent opponents in Double and Triple battles.
>>

It's wildly shifting around motherfucker
70% accuracy

Shadow Clone

Turns the next damage dealing move into a a two-strike move. If the move isn't a damage dealing move, or if it's already a multi-strike move, the "buff" fails.

How rude!!
>>
Discharge
>Electric
>Special
>PP 10
>Power 90/150 (see below)
>Acc ---
The user blasts its electric energy, dealing area damage. If the user is paralyzed, the move deals extra damage. After usage, the Special Attack is decreased in two steps.
>>
Grass Type Quick Attack (Name to be decided on, maybe something petal-related)
It's a Special priority move with 40 BP for Grass types

Given to mons like Venusaur, Vileplume, Cacturne, Roserade and Lilligant

Suddenly Grass is a bit more viable

Coal Pit
Fire

The user lights the opponent's surroundings aflame, leaving small embers floating around and leaving any Pokemon entering the battle with a burn.

Infection
Poison
5/5 (or 10/10)
Acc: 75
Power: N/A

Lobs a glob of infectious bacteria that poison's the target. There is a 50% chance that the poison will be replaced by Burn/Para/Toxic or confused. If confused, you also get normal poisoned.

you could make it first application fire damage, then second, burn on entry
>>
Infected- When the Pokemon makes contact against a target, there's a 30% chance its Ability becomes this and it becomes poisoned. Thought it would be neat for either a zombie-based mon or one that has a illness/flu theme.

Recharged- The Pokemon can Charge its batteries. The move Charge, on top of its usual effects, now heals 25% of the user's max HP. Given to a steel/electric gimmick mon based on a robot.
>>
Ice Coffin

Ice
Status

Freezes the user, but increases it's Defense and Special Defense by two stages.
>>
>>25632699
Rechargable - Instead of taking damage from Electric moves, this Pokémon is healed by them.
>>
Ability: Sub Zero
Effect: All attacks directed to this Pokemon will become ice type. However, all attacks used by this Pokemon will also become ice type

The idea is that the air around this Pokemon is so cold that it freezes anything that comes close to it. It would probably only be given to ice type megas.
>>
Heartbreak
>Dark
>Special
>PP 15
>Power 55
>Acc 100
The user toys with the opponent's feelings before crushing them. Does double damage to an Attracted opponent, but removes the Attract status.

Freezer Burn
>Ice
>Special
>PP 10

Bramble Trap
>Grass

>Power --
>Accuracy --
The user arranges a tangle of thorns around the opponent's feet, dealing damage to those switching out.
>>
Ambidexterity - Single-Strike moves has a chance of being converted into Dual-Strike moves. It's a weaker Parental Bond.
>>
>>25632744
Maybe "all Normal attacks directed" could be better, for balancing issues.

Overwhelm: This Pokemon's super effective contact moves force the opposing Pokemon to switch out

Necro Aura - As long as this Pokemon is out, whenever your opponent would be healed by anything (except your own moves, so no Heal Pulse), they instead take damage equal to how much they should have been healed by.

^Weaken stall by a lot.

Spinning Top - This Pokemon uses Rapid Spin immediately on entry.

Unwavering - This Pokemon keeps it's stat changes after switching out.

Clear Bug
Bug | Physical

it doesn't need speed and defense doesn't matter since it's too frail regardless, and it already gets SD for attack.

The most autistic thing I have ever done is create a spreadsheet full of fake move and fake ability ideas, as well as fakemon for my fake regions. Let me share a few ideas:

Abilities:
-Sprint
>When switching in, if the opponent is faster than this Pokemon, this Pokemon will gain +1 to Speed

-Balance
>The Atk/SpA and Def/SpD stats are inversely related. If Atk drops -1, SpA increases +1 and vice versa for the 4 stats.

-Chokehold
>Trapping moves, such as Fire Spin or Wrap, have their damage increased from 1/8 to 1/6 max HP each turn. Cannot stack with Binding Band.

Moves:
-Bamboo Blade
>Grass
>Physical (makes contact)
>Power 20

Power increases by 30 at the end of every turn for 5 turns. Like Rollout.

-Piledriver
>Steel
>Physical (makes contact)
>Power 90
>Acc 80%

-Downy Cloud

-Chill Spike

-Sporocyst

Ability: Reanimate
User has a scaling chance to come back to life stronger.

It'd work like this:
Every time the Pokemon faints, it will roll a chance to resurrect. Each time it has resurrected, the chance is reduced, but the buff potency increases.

1 KO: 80% chance to resurrect with all buffs +1
2 KO: 60% chance to resurrect with all buffs +2
3 KO: 40% chance to resurrect with all buffs + 3
4 KO: 20% chance to resurrect with all buffs +4
5 KO: 10% chance to resurrect with all buffs +5
6 KO: 5% chance to resurrect with all buffs +6

Each time it resurrects, it's healed completely and is cured of all status effects (also all existing buffs/debuffs are removed too).

It'd probably be given to just one Pokemon, and chances are that Pokemon would be a shitmon without it.

This is an idea from a thread a few days ago:

>Ability: Pollution
>Converts existing weather into a polluted form
>Rain becomes Acid Rain, which damages all Pokemon each turn except for Poison-types, which instead regain health each turn
>Sun becomes Ultraviolet Rays, which burns all Pokemon except for Poison and Fire types, and doubles Poison-type Speed
>Sand becomes Smog, which reduces the accuracy of all Pokemon except Poison, and raises Poison Special Defense by 50%.
>Hail becomes Black Ice, which poisons all Pokemon except Poison and raises Poison Attack by 50%.

Possible ability for Mega Muk (who becomes a Hedorah level monstrosity) or Mega Weezing (which resembles a nuclear bomb to follow its explosive theme as well as Poison type).
>>
>Medium
>Ghost-type

>Can only be used if another Pokemon in the player's party has fainted. The user can pick a move from a fainted Pokemon to use.

Does buffing HMs count too?

Cut, 100 acc.
60 BP, Normal type
10% chance to K.O. Grass type Pokémon.

Strength, 100 acc.
80BP, Rock Type
Does damage.

Dive, 100 acc.
120 BP, Water type
Needs to charge for one turn.

Fly, 100 acc.
120 BP, Flying type
Needs to charge for one turn.

Rock Smash, 100 acc.
60 BP, Fighting type
10% chance to K.O. Rock type Pokémon.
>>
>>25638851
>Cut
Just make it super-effective against Grass
>Dive
That is literally just Hydro Cannon with 100% accuracy
>Fly
That is just a slightly weaker Sky Attack with slightly less accuracy
>Rock Smash
Instead of 10% chance of K.O., have it hit through Protect, and no matter how much damage it deals always destroy a Substitute.
>>
Can we edit old moves too?

Draco Meteor
>150-160 BP
To help with power creep. Would be implemented in 2-3 generations. Possibly 160 for the sake of "Most powerful Dragon move" since Roar of Time exists.

Dragon Dance
>Boosts Attack, SpA and Speed
To help with power creep in 2-3 generations.

Luster Purge/Mist Ball
>80 BP
>100% secondary effect
Would become a good tech move for them. Latios could help offset his Draco Meteor, and Latias to help with her bulk
>>
>>25638851

>>
>>25632362

Did you not read the part where it converts existing weather?

Poison can't summon weather, so it corrupts an existing one. Because they can't summon it, they get multiple different effects, which reflects the fact that pollution leads to multiple different kinds of dangerous weather.

I honestly don't think it's that overpowered, dude. It requires a decent amount of setup or planning.

This one would need a special set of pokemon designed around it but I would love it.

Just pretend it has balanced stats for this.

Ability:Cocoon
Every turn the pokemons Defense and Special Defense go up by 2 stages and lowers speed by 1

On the 3rd turn the pokemon turns into a cocoon for 1-2 turns(not sure yet)

Once out of the cocoon the pokemon is fully healed, removes all stat penalties taken, any status and gains back its speed. For the rest of the match the Pokemon deals 20% more damage.

How? Are you trying to counter-act power creep by introducing even more power creep? I don't get it.
>>
>>25638893
Nah. Dig is a weaker Earthquake, so it has its uses early on. Dive is literally useless, since it has a no-charge turn counterpart with the same damage output, typing and attacking type; Waterfall.
It needs to be somewhat more useful so people actually use it. So for being a 2-turn move, buffing it to 120 BP is a good-ish deal.

>a decent account of setup or planning

"Switch into an ongoing weather effect" doesn't require any setup or planning, hell it can be pulled off by accident

And I don't mean to say it's overpowered, but getting 4 unique weathers is hardly necessary. And the "poison affects weather" reasoning, while interesting and clever, doesn't justify it, seeing as things like intense sunlight and hail simply cancel each other out rather than interact.

Description: Upon being struck, the Pokemon and it's foe are both removed from the battle, but can fail if continuously used.

Effect: Works just like Spiky Shield and King's Shield in that when an opponenet makes PHYSICAL contact with the user, both Pokemon are removed from the field.

However, upon removal both trainers get to choose which Pokemon to send out, so if you have whittled your opponent's team down to a few Pokemon it can be easy to predict what's going to come next and choose accordingly. This is also great for phasing physical sweepers that rely on contact moves.

Love these threads, you can find some nice ideas.
Give us some nice rock/steel/fighting special attacks! I'd love to see more of those, even low BP.
Like Mighty Clap i saw itt

Cristal wave
> Rock, special
> 70 BP, 100 Acc
> If screens are up on the target's side, shatters them

Metal pulverisation
> Steel, special
> 70 BP, 95 Acc
> Removes the target's electric resistance/immunity

Haunting hit
> Ghost/edgy, physical
> 50 BP, 100 Acc
> Hits a second time at the beginning of next turn

Timber
> Grass, physical
> 100 BP, 90 Acc
> This falling tree has a 30% chance to paralyze the target

All-seeing eye
> Ignores substitutes and protects

Centipede
> Insect and dark moves see their power multiplied by 2/3 but they all hit twice

Concentration
> If the pokémon didn't get hit this turn, +1 to SpA (not working on switch-in)

Treason
> Moves that are the same type as the target get a 50% damage boost
>>
Break Through
>Ignores type resistances that would prevent super-effective damage
