I always had the number '4' in mind when recalling ice advantages.

Ground, Dragon, Flying, Grass.

Only weakness would be 4x fighting and fire and 2x ground.
Resistances would be 4x ice and 2x bug, grass, flying, dragon, fairy, normal, and psychic, and resist poison.
Give it good physical defense and special attack and keep it away from fire

It's either a very few really bad ones or a ton of weaknesses.

Ice was supposed to be the glass-cannon type, but they keep giving us slow bulky pokemon instead of fast hard hitting ones.
