Wifi is quite distinct from Showdown.
1. Wifi battles are at Lv 50 while Showdown battles are at Lv 100, so damage calcs and speed tiers are different, with higher damage rolls at Lv 50.
2. You'll see Hidden Power less on wifi than on Showdown because of the difference in ease of access. HP Ice Manectric may be common on both since it has a pretty rigid moveset for viability, but for example HP Fire Latios would be seen on Showdown far more than on cart.
3. On wifi, you won't see as many (if any) Mythical Pokemon because of ease of access, while on Showdown they're extremely common. Mew and Celebi would be exceptions, since the recent distributions mean wifi players might make use of them.

Tho I thought everyone injected mons nowadays, I wasn't even thinking about ease of access.
And I still feel doomed for playing UU.
