BrowserHax only works upto 10.5, you need OoTHax or NinjaHax for 10.6+.

I can inject some stuff for you, the easiest pokemon are ones that can be bred and sent through the gts.

I've use PCHex and PCHex++ on my 3ds, the issues is that they can't inject pokemon with out having major problems. What you can do it is edit already existing pokemon, making them shiny, changing levels, Changing IV & EV Spreads. As well as pokeballs, held items and Eggmoves with Movesets.

as far as injecting pre-gen 6 mons goes, can't you just inject mons into a gen 5 game and then poke transfer to gen 6?

Yes, back when bank was first released I PokeGenned loads of mons onto B2 and transferred them up.
PKHex can also read the old .pkm files and put them straight onto the gen6 game.
