This is Stick Ditches, your rival's rival.

He comes up and attempts to fight your rival every time you've just beaten him, and is constantly too late to get a fight in.

At first hen the player arrives at Liam's location and hears of his plan and desires you are inclined towards following his path and join him due to your own desires of becoming a little girl, however Kraby's presence grows and makes you realise the difference between pedophilia and regretful wishes. When Kraby sees the player's sheer powerlevel it realises that you will forever be a trustworthy guardian of virginity and thus puts its faith in the player. Liam then desperately tries to prevent you from uniting with Kraby and increase your anti-pedo powers beyond the stars, and battles you as such. When he is defeated and you're about to catch Kraby, Liam ordrs his admins to prepare the Hypnoite, but the Kraby says "pomf pls", which makes him retreat.

Kraby doesn't need to physically appear in the overworld, just referenced with text. (It's in the water)

Add a building called "4chan". In there you find multiple rooms named after 4chan boards, and inside of them you get to battle their board-tan
Their teams and sentences are based around their epic memes. When you beat all of the boards, you unlock a double battle against moot and hiro
