How so? They were good games for their time, and even today there's something to be said for their simplicity and non-linearity. To this day I love replaying Red and Crystal versions every couple of years or so because it's refreshing to just be able to play with whatever pokemon I catch without worrying about IVs or balltism. Yes, first send your 3ds data though itself, then plug your old 3ds' sd card on the comp and copy-paste the file called "nintendo" (is just one), then plug your new 3ds' SD card and copy-paste the file on it.

You can play Xenoblade with it. Smash loads faster, Eshop is faster, and the nub makes monster hunter easier.
