There's been literally no mention of it from the company and it hasn't shown up in any other media. They'll usually do a promo related to the games or TCG only, and its not been in either.

Diancie will be revealed officially on 2014, Hoopa and its new forme will be revealed on 2015, and finally, Volcanion will be revealed on late 2015.

The new Vivillon's patterns will be given away in 2014 as a GTS event.

Mega Latias and Mega Latios were meant to be reserved for Hoenn remakes (that's is, Hoenn will be confirmed soon), but Game Freak forgot to remove them from XY.

I fet the feeling that it could end up being obtained through the story in the next Kalos game, just like how lati@site was obtained.

Eternal Floette's data exists in the game itself. They didn't have to do that--Hoopa Unbound's data isn't in XY, obviously. If its data wasn't in the game, it would be impossible for to get it, let alone crash the game.
