Say what you will about gen 6, it has the best music so far. Every gen would benefit from XYORAS' sound team working its songs.

BW was good, but to be honest, DPP music was the most forgettable for me. I like the battle music except the normal trainer battle theme and some routes. Music was allaround to happy for me.

Gen 2,3 and 6 have the best IMO.
