First of all, you're late about the news

Second, it's nice to see TPC/GF giving less popular pokemon some attention.

A lot of people already imagined the two lines have some sort of rivalry and it being confirmed in canon is pretty great. I wish they explore the relationship between the two lines more, and although this is a stretch, I hope it somehow is reflected in the main games.

I'm quite confused as to how GF/TPC intentionally made Conkeldurr competitively better but they are now giving promo to Machamp as the "superior" line lorewise. Either way I like both lines so any publicity is appreciated.

I'd like to see revelations on other pokemon lines like Gyarados and Milotic, Wigglytuff and Clefable, Golem and Gigalith, Gothitelle and Reuniclus(?)/Gardevoir(?) or if they will keep introducing more rival/counterpart lines in the future.
