Wow, that's really fast for a steel type. Fast mixed attacker is awesome, but Steel isn't particularly good on the offense. Since it's legendary I'm sure it gets godly coverage moves, though. Probably Flamethrower and Earthquake at the very least, since tons of Steel types and legends get those. Since Steel types generally don't get any recovery moves, I doubt it would do much in ubers, would probably be in OU competing for team slots with Scizor and Mega Metagross. It's fine in OU since Scarf Landorus and a bunch of other stuff still shit on it.

This legendary mon is based on a Orca and a warship or submarine. It relies on its heavy def/sp.def stats to survive any encounter. I picture it have a pirate theme as well. Its shiny will be a white whale.
It's moves allows for the mon to out maneuver its opponents by using sneaky and underhand means such as Sucker Punch and Pursuit. Other Dark moves will be Crunch, Embargo, Parting Shot and Topsy-Turvey. Water moves will include Waterfall, Aquajet, Water Spout, Whirlpool and Surf. Will also include other type moves like Toxic, Protect, Substitute, Heavy Slam, Iron Tail, Flash Cannon Lick, Ominous Wind, Shadow Force, Shadow Sneak, Air Cutter, Hurricane and Outrage.

Steel/Poison makes for an interesting combination. Poison unfortunately brings more weaknesses than it does strengths. Still, it’ll fuck fairies right up.
Great bulk and attack, decent speed, and non-laughable special makes it pretty solid all around. More geared towards a physical attacker, obviously. I’d imagine a Resto set with Curse or Bulk Up or something, with Poison Jab and Iron Head for STAB.

I'd give it a moveset that focuses on increasing its bulk. Even though it's pure ice, it has access to Rock, Steel, Fighting, and Ground attacks. It also has access to weight-based moves, including Heat Crash.
