Serene grace is already a thing
Charisma, since they planned it for CapuMon. It's basically a stat for humans; the higher it is, the likier it entices Pokémon.

Except Jirachi and Togekiss aren't jokemons and the luck stat, even if its tiny for them, would make them broken.
Luck. Increase crit chance, increases evasion. It's a static stat, being the same across the species. It's higher with shitty Pokemon. Impossible to raise outside of Lucky Egg and Lucky Punch, raising luck by 10 and 15 respectively. Luck is capped at 100.

Every 1 luck is equivalent to .2 crit/evasion. Serence Grace ignores the Luck stat.

Some kind of affection stat would make sense, kind of like some of the perks they added with Pokemon-Amie. It would be cool if the stat had both positive and negative effects depending on whether or not your pokemon loved you or hated you. And then maybe frustration might actually be a viable move too.
