Shortcut to the Distortion World. The master of the house found Cyrus unconscious so he keeps him (barely) alive, tied up and fucks him every night. Cyrus then gives birth to rare Pokemon not normally found in Sinnoh, and the butler places these Pokemon in the garden.
The flow of time is different in the Distortion World, accounting for the vast numbers of Pokemon and how there are different ones daily.

You need the gameshark (or something like that, but it's actually official and legal) with a card that allows you to spawn a trainer there. But just that, some different trainers. Then you can use that thing to change the pokes that appears at that one cave with nothing but Zubats to make to appear Stantler or another mon, just the last two or three mons you can't have thought R/S/E/Fr/Lg/Colo/XD/events/pokemon channel...
So yeah, in RS/FRLG there's nothing until you change it.

I used a no clip ar code on an emulator for this, d/p and platinum, even when walking through the walk and approaching the door from behind (which usually sends you through the door) nothing happens, it seems its more like a block of wall the just looks like a door.
