Ah fair enough. I guess it will be interesting to see what format VGC '15 will go by. But I find it unlikely they will limit it to Hoenn-dex only, unless they vastly expand it which in that case most likely will include Garchomp due to his popularity alone.

Not that I mind, I have nothing against landshark mon but I can see people being tired of him competitively. But on the other hand as others have mentioned, if he ever goes away, it's because another pokémon does what he does but even faster and will just be a boring replacement "no one" likes in the long run. May as well keep him at the top and add better counters instead.

Nigga we already made room for Zygarde, which will inevitably get a mega or two in Z/XY2. Two can fit but three is just too much. Just as Salamence and Dragonite have OU and Noivern will be UU Garchomp and Zygarde will have OU with Flygon in UU.

I personally don't want a Flygon mega not only because I don't want the metagame to be dragons: the experience with mega Salamence and Altaria already looking scary as hell but also because there's an extremely high amount of Hoenn megas already.
