During the XY campaign there was not many things the fans were upset about. Probably the only one was Mega Evolution and how some people hated the idea and others loved it right from the get go.

With Sun and Moon there's surprisingly few things that divide fans already
>Z Moves. Some people love it, others hate the silly dance poses and think long animations for individual moves is a waste of time (we're unsure if there's the option to turn them off as regular moves). Also its possible some pokemon will become broken like some megas did
>Mega Evo return. Some think it wont, some think its cofirmed it is in SM (Mega Glailie on the ad for 2017, Mega Gradevoir mention in Jangmo-o article, Sina and Dexio have mega rings) but either way both options will upset someone
>Ultra Beasts. Again some think its original and interesting, others hate the idea and designs and think its quite non-pokemon like
>No gyms. Trials might be a good replacement but removing a staple of the series wont satisfy everyone
>Alola forms for Kanto mons. While most people like the idea in general lots of people are upset about making it gen one only

Do you think people will just get over the issues and differences or maybe this is just a taste of how vp will look like around January 2017? I havent listed Pokemon designs because those are always subjective

We still dont know about many crucial parts of the game like: difficulty level, post game content.

Sun and Moon are just a mess in my opinion.
It all started with a comfy hawaiian region, thats cool and something new. Then Z moves were revealed, something I really don't understand. They want every Pokemon to get a chance? Then why the fuck do they make garbage like Unown or Sunflora in the first place? No gyms is okay but still weird aswell, the gameplay system was fine, it was just the easy difficutly that pissed people off and I have a feeling that Sun and Moon are not gonna be harder than X/Y. And the thing that makes absolutely no sense is Ultra Beasts, they have a weird and kinda disturbing art style that doesn't fit in, they kinda seem like giant Alien versions of humans from another dimension and I have this shit feeling that the postgame will just be to kill some of these fucks. No postgame quests, Legendaries or Pokemon. I really don't know what to think about Gen 7.

Repost from yesterday.

So I want to make a fun doubles combo with scarfed Skill Swap Contrary Spinda.

Already have an Arcanine with Close Combat, Overheat, Extreme Speed and Morning Sun, and that is probably the best possible partner for Spina.

I've been thinking about making a Hydreigon though.
Super Power, Draco Meteor, Roost and then what? Though Hydreigon is a bit harder to use in the beginning of double battle when every other team has pixilated Hyper Voice, and you will absolutely want to use the skill swap at the beginning because this combo is hard to set up in mid-game, Spinda just doesn't survive a turn.

Are there other mon that learn a lot of drop attacks that would work for this Spinda combo?

I might want to add that Infernape can run basically the same set as that Arcanine (Slack-Off instead of Morning Sun, Mach Punch for E-Speed) but it lacks the bulk that Arcanine has and it does not trigger the double Intimidate.

If Spinda manages to survive a turn and swap the Intimidate over to the opponent you will even get a free attack boost for Arcanine, so running Infernape over Arcanine would be straight up inferior.

The Spinda I use is just this:

Spinda @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Skill Swap
- Trick
- Rapid Spin
- Confide/Disable

Arcanine @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Close Combat
- Overheat
- Morning Sun
- Extreme Speed

I rarely if ever get to use any of the other moves on Spinda, because switching him out is rarely the better option when you can just give the opponent intimidate, but this is the set I use.

As a support once Spinda died I use this:

Aromatisse @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Aroma Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 236 Def / 20 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Heal Pulse
- Heal Bell
- Dazzling Gleam

Trick room is sometimes an option if Arcanine gets a para, especially since I run a low speed nature.

You can try out Deoxys-D with Superpower and Psycho Boost with an Assvest or something. Then switch in to that Aromatisse and keep it healed up.
