Why aren't ALL "special" Pokemon banned? So anything that can't breed (with the exception of Nidoqueen) or is classed as legendary or mythical (including Manaphy) are just flat-out illegal. This would only affect Silvally but he's so shit no one would care. All the Pokemon that fall into this category are metagame-centralizing cancer of the highest degree. Yes, there are plenty of non-legendary Pokemon that are even stronger than those in this group, but at least those are believably obtainable by regular people. Why even pretend you're a skilled trainer if you have to use minmaxed Ultra Beasts/Tapus/600 BST+ legends as a crutch?
