That would be up to the actions of the character as portrayed by the artist. Not the nature of the mascot. Still we can just as easily make it a boy or a girl. Regardless we need someone to be decisive preferably the artist.

Why don't I make it "You can guess for yourself" and have the actual genitals/chest hidden behind a wrap reading "七つの代理" and a "You need a 4chan Gold Account pair of underpants?"

So essentially, the idea would work out as "It could be either, want to pay a shit ton of money to find out?"

A further joke would be to say "It's a boy/girl pretending to be a boy who is pretending to a girl...and so on, just like behind the mask is just another mask."

I like this idea. Needing a gold account to figure out the body parts is quite ironic. Also people can do pictures with the nips censored and not to make it confusing and vague.

Assuming /vip/ will still be a shorty, (taller than [s4s] and /jp/, shorter than most other tans since /vip/ is still young, but it could always be played off as >500 year old dragon, >has the body of a kid since most lurkers on /vip/ have been on 4chan for many years.)

Personality: I'm still assuming Entitled Brat who throws money around. One spiky tooth and a high pointed nose would give the "Smug rich kid" look.

Hair Color: This is really up for debate between Gold, Silver and Green, or a variation of.

Motif: Assuming entitlement and money. Should it be American money or Japanese money since it would seem /vip/ is more weeb than other boards, especially with sjis posting.

Eye color: If Gold hair, silver/green eyes; if Silver hair, gold/green eyes, if green hair, gold/silver eyes.

Clothes Motif: Also debatable, if we are going for the "Guess for yourself" it should probably be pants and other luxury clothes like loafers, banana thong and those argyle socks with green/silver/gold coloring. Things I have no idea on; Top hat, cane, monocle, gloves, a giant sack of money, rare limited edition Hello Kitty watch etc.

Also other inputs or ideas are definately welcomed.

I think generic green bills would be easier to draw. Who knows though? It could be into currency trading and have bills from all over the world.

Top hat is distinctive, cane maybe, monocle probably not, giant sack of money optional but I think we should work a treasure chest into a picture, watch should be part of the character but worn on the inside of the wrist to throw off whether it's male or female.
Everything else can be up to the artist's discretion.

As per family I was assuming [s4s] is an elder but littler sister, /biz/ being an elder brother. What could be considered /vip/'s father or mother? I was personally thinking /b/ being the dad, and Hiro being the mom.

As per enemies, isn't /vip/ too new to have any real enemies?

Actually it seems I don't have to do much work with reconstructing /vip/ tan since there is already a dedicated entry on this wiki

Which pretty much is in line with the modifications, perhaps I can change the squareness of the gold incisor to be a gold canine, perhaps without sunglasses.

I can do a single set with [s4s] /vip/ and /biz/ holding a picture frame of Papa /b/ and Mommy Hiro with the G/S dartboard of /qa/ in the background. So if I understand everything correctly accourding to board tan lore, /biz/ is the older sister type with a sort of blase a blah look, [s4s] is a nice energetic girl older but less mature, /vip/ is a flamboyant smug buttmonkey who is the youngest.

This sounds about right?

I would try to avoid trying to place "ages" on the different tans, they are all young adults with only the maturity of their appearance really making them look different. for example in most pictures made for the winter ball and other autistic things like that where there are lots of pictures with multiple board tans in it, they are all within the same age group. the only exception is s4s-tan I think as she is more on the child/young teen side.
