good movie tho, one of my favorites from my childhood despite it scarring me for life and giving me nightmares for years

what are nightmares like? I've never had one. Or I guess if I had one I didn't consider it to be one. How do you feel after waking up? I've had 'scary' dreams before but never woke up in a fright or anything like that.

When i was little i had lots of i think normal nightmares, being chased and unable to run, falling from great heights and family members turning into spiders where some reoccurring ones that i can remember.
Now though they are all just work related, and since im a truck driver that means things like missing cargo, being late, brakes not working or being lost. I always wake up in a panic, being super confused and wondering where i am, where my car is and did i finish all my stops? takes a while to calm down and go back to sleep.
Id take dying in my dreams over failing work any day.

I haven't had a nightmare in a long time. Worst one I can remember was in 6th grade having sex with a girl and then she frames me for rape. Really fucked me up.
