Why is rei#clones still a banned tripcode?

I'm curious

Obviously the user posted a lot under that tripcode and looking at the ban message they were permanently banned for ban evasion. This means that their tripcode cannot be used ever again.

You just put a hashtag in front of whatever you want to be your tripcode password

For example, this is #Post Quality

If you want to have a more secure tripcode you put two hastags in front of it

I'll reply to this post with ##Post Quality to show the difference, but the main thing is that it's pretty much impossible to crack a secure tripcode
