I have a shredded memory foam pillow that I got this past Black Friday for 65% off. It's really comfy but it's just thick enough that if I put a pillow under it it's too high and if I use it by itself it's too low.

Extra firm pillows, for me.

That meaty feeling of squeezing one gets me all comfy.

Perhaps with an unusual shape like lumbar support for your neck, depending on which positions you sleep in normally.

You mean with like that blue gel on the side? I have one of those, it's nice and refreshing. Sometimes it's too cool though and that makes it feel damp which bugs me.

My pillow

A variety. Some cheap foam ones, some decent feather pillows, some in-between. I have eight pillows. I rearrange them to find the support I want.
