If you could remove any group of people from 4chan, who would it be?
Be as broad or as specific as you'd like.
>>47826
I miss old-fashioned board rivalries. I hope /qa/ vs /vip/ gets legs somehow.
mobile posters. If only so we didn't get 5 threads about how they can see ads on /vip/ even though they have a pass at any one time.
The kind of person who uses the abbreviated forms of "to be honest", and "family", and types only lowercase with no capitalization or punctuation.
This isn't a chatroom, this isn't Twitter. If you're going to shitpost, be clever, be witty, or don't post at all.
>>47838
So you're criticizing punctuation while putting commas outside of quotation marks?
>>47839
I will allow for a few honest mistakes.
non-weebs. 4chan is an anime imageboard, we need some traditionalism here
>>47844
I agree.
>>47844
I think everyone on /vip/ can agree with this.
>>47825
All frogposters
I hated them before even the American primaries were in swing so it isn't about that.
>>47868
I agree
Kids. So many underage kids get on and shitpost during the summer it's ridiculous.
>>47868
This. So fucking much.
>>47825
Anyone who browses /pol/, /r9k/, /b/, /soc/, /trash/, /mlp/, or /qa/. Also 75% of the janitors and half the mods. Hiro too.
Everyone but people who consider themselves /a/nons first and foremost.
It's time for a reconquist/a/.
>>47826
God I miss /q/.
Bar none the funniest board on the site. There was always some butthurt, kneejerk babby flying off the handle about some user he wanted banned and all the /q/ regulars were just stand around, calling them a retard and just making them angrier.
>>47832
I'm on mobile, I see ads, and I ignore them.
You go on /b/ and the ads are the exact same as every 3rd thread. What's the difference?
>>47838
Kys tbqhwyfampaitchi-sama lmaoo
>>47868
This
I wouldn't remove anyone who isn't out right breaking the rules. They have just as much right to use the site as they see fit as we do.
I would remove people who post stuff that belongs in /wsg/ in /f/
people who use tripcodes
>>47832
I agree with this. It would help solve most of the other problems from this thread in an effective manner without outright killing any trends/board culture
>>48323
Just add ! to your filter list and select hide.
>>47825
Leafposters
>>47825
Also SJWs
/pol/ people from leddit
>>48536
Who?
>>47825
Crack-kun and everyone who's as autistic as him.
Everyone who says SJW or Cuck
>>48818
Triggered?
People that hang out in an IRC all day talking with other subhumans and raiding 4chan when they get bored.
>>48825
Do such people even still exist?
>>47844
kys yourself lole
People who don't watch anime.
>>47825
/po/, easily /pol/
Don't get me wrong, I'm fine with their racism, backwards logic, scarecrow arguments, smugness, and all around ratardation, but fuck they just cannot stay in their containment board. Threads about Overwatch become threads about degeneracy. Threads about waffles become threads about the jews. Threads about high test bitches become threads about trans people being mentally ill. They shove their politics into every board while complaining the left shoves their views into everything. It's just annoying and quickly derails the thread. So yeah /pol/. I'd want them to have their own site though, not just lose their board.
>>47844
Agreed. Getting made fun of for liking anime was the day I knew this place had changed
>>48854
Why do you dislike mobile posters? Is it the typos?
I don't want people removed from 4chan, I just want people to keep content where it belongs. I understand weeb shit outside of /a/, but /pol/ needs to keep to their containment board.
>>47840
Kek I recognize that
Boxie posters
/Pol/ posters
>>49083
Is Boxie still a thing? Are they circlejerking over that after all these years?
>>47825
Barney posters.
Not much worse on the Internet.
Incel robots bring up a distant second.
>>47825
(You)
>>49352
Already gone
>>47825
Phoneposters
Normalfags
/mu/ nu male hipsters
paid shills
cunny posters
trap lovers
furrys
>>47825
saucefags, cuckposters, trap lovers, /qa/, anzu posters, people who reply with an anime picture after somebody stated that he hates anime, people who claim lauren southern is jewish, ppl who make thread about a reddit thread, pedos, furries, flagposters, pizza gaters, (you) farmers, antifa, ppl who post picture of white women in wheat fields
>>47825
/vip/
>>49090
Yes
One of my filters over at /b/ are because there can be 3 boxie threads every day
>>49421
Three threads a day isn't really much for /b/
>>49368
>Phoneposters
I don't understand hate for phone posters. Not everyone is an basement dwelling NEET of a 400lbs hacker who can sit on a desktop all day.
>>49371
>reply with an anime picture after somebody stated that he hates anime
>ppl who post picture of white women in wheat fields
I hate people who text type.
>>49435
>Not everyone is an basement dwelling NEET of a 400lbs hacker who can sit on a desktop all day
Not everyone feels like they need to post on 4chan all day
Anyone who says they came from /b/.
(You) retards
>>47825
People who don't like anime.
>>49483
What do you have against /a/?
>>49486
That it's been infested by people who don't have /a/ as their main board.
/v/
The whole board is obviously underage.
>>50101
It's sad to say, but this. I'm not the kind of person who actively hates everyone on 4chan, but from my experience people on /v/ are either just legitimately underage or otherwise completely insufferable. It used to be my main board, but I stopped visiting regularly in 2014 and haven't really regretted it.
pol
It attracts too many newfriends and ruins the rest of the site
>>49486
>posting the "/a/ doesn't like anime" meme
>>47838
this is the type of person i would remove
>>50375
Not much worse than what "The Fappening" did. I heard a lot of normies talking about 4chan after that happened.
I would remove Windows users from /g/. It's okay if they're on other boards, but they are tearing /g/ apart.
>>50389
Windows users aren't too bad. It's the gaymers, and "fix my computer" faggots that are tearing /g/ apart.
>>50391
>Windows users aren't too bad.
I literally can't think of a worse issue with /g/.
>It's the gaymers
That's almost only Windows users, and even under the bigger umbrella of gaymers of all OSs, the Windows-users are still the worst.
>and "fix my computer" faggots
I don't really mind this so much. I get tech help from /g/ quite often in /sqt/ and /fglt/ and such. Maybe you're talking about a more specific issue, though.
>>50392
Nothing wrong with getting help in /sqt/ or /fglt/. I'm talking about the people that make a thread on /g/ instead of using a search engine.
>Guys, my computer is doing this. What do?
They're usually Windows users though, so I guess your point remains valid.
>>47825
Regular reddit users
>>47839
That's where they're supposed to go, at least to writers in the civilized world. Why would you put punctuation inside quotations unless they're part of the thing you're quoting? That makes no sense.
Commas-outside is called “logical quotation” for a reason, because everything else doesn't make sense.
>>50391
>Windows users aren't too bad. It's the gaymers, and "fix my computer" faggots that are tearing /g/ apart.
You just described Windows users
people entirely unable to argue without committing informal fallacies
tripfags who do it for no good reason
>>47825
>If you could remove any group of people from 4chan, who would it be?
The faggots who keep posting dick threads, faggot threads, trap threads on /b/. It's some kind of organized campaign and it's been going on for nearly a year. TERMINATE WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE.
>>51325
>it's been going on for nearly a year
Those have all existed for way longer than that. Not to mention that the generic porn dump threads are doing far more to kill the board than the occasional gay thread.
>>49006
They do have their own site.
>>49006
Fuck you, /po/ is a 4chan national heritage board.
>>47868
No shit
>>47838
Can we remove the people who use this as verbal diarrhea from real life, too?
>>47825
People who make threads to complain about the quality of specific posts or of the quality of a board when there is another active thread complaining about the same thing.
>>49368
>/mu/ nu male hipsters
Fuck off, we were there long before you shitters
>>50395
>I have bad grammar because correct grammar doesn't make sense, man!
>>47825
/co/ /fa/ /mlp/ /b/, leafposters, redditards, mobile posters, and /wsg/ in particular.
>>51900
Not of /mu/ are filthy hipsters scum like you. I am a /pol/ack before anything else.
>>51913
don't you have a new Anthony Fantano review to be watching?
>>51914
I dont watch AF.
>>51913
And that's why the rest of the site hates you cultists. You're like muslims that don't integrate.
>>51923
>the rest of the site
Speak for yourself. Every board I frequent has no trouble with /pol/ besides a fringe (but oh so vocal) minority.
>>51923
except /pol/ is board of peace. At the very least be thankful that I don't race bait or bring politics to /mu/.
Shills on /g/ (or any other board for that matter).
There's no reason to be loyal to any corporation. Get the best product, not whatever brand gets shilled most.
>>47825
the fags just in general the trap fappers, the prison gay robots, the flaming homosexuals, the trans fucks all of them.
>>51928
We're all anonymous you dumbass, you wouldn't be able to tell a vocal minority from a majority.
>>47825
/pol/ and everyone who thinks like them.
>>47825
Frogposters. They have basically posted the same image again and again for 3+ years.
>>47838
I would remove the Anorexia Defense Force from the porn boards who throw tantrums and shit up threads they don't like instead of ignoring them.
>>52629
you have to go back newfriend
>>52875
Epic, but you forgot to call him a libcuck cuck.
>>47900
Are you me?
Seriously, I don't remember.
>>47825
People who can't shitpost correctly. If you want to derail a thread, be creative and make it funny. Don't just be an annoying faggot, that's what tripfags are for
>>52880
not an argument
>>47825
Basically anyone who disagrees with unrestricted personal firearm ownership
people who post anal on porn boards
>>47825
Paid shills.
Phoneposters
Alternatively, people who browse more red boards than blue boards.
