Please help determine the whereabouts of John Podesta on May 3rd 2007. His whereabouts are already proven on May 2nd so we just need the next day.

According to wikileaks, he wiped his emails on that date which is also the date Maddie McCann was kidnapped and wow what a coincidence he seems to match the police sketch.

Probably either Islam or Christianity. People are conspiring, there is no hard evidence that what they're telling is the truth and more than a billion people still find it legitimately convincing.

Not even trying to be edgy here. I honestly believe conspiracy theories border on religion and tap into the same brain circuits. They're irrational deeply-held believes that survive literally any amount of evidence to the contrary. And the pople who believe in them inevitably turn preachy and try to spread them whenever they can.
The only difference would be the transcendental element and even that crops up in some conspircy theories (often in the form of aliens).

From my personal history: When I grew up I used to buy into Erich von Däniken's bullshit about aliens influencing our early cultures. He dug up some really baffling ancient artwork and provided an easy explanation for why cultures around the earth developed similar traits. Maybe as a teen I was still too dumb, but at the time it made perfect sense.
Even though it happened when I already was an adult, 9/11 got me good as well. I used to watch all those """documentaries""" like Loose Change. I still kind of have doubts about the official story. But now in my 30s I'm much more aware how the best explanation for 9/11 and most other cospiracies is probably offered by pure incompetence paired with healty dose of chance.

And given how much the truth sucks and shows vast conspiring and actual malice (e.g. the NSA more or less copying the entire internet traffic with help from telecom providers and tech companies), we should really focus on reality, not nutjob conspiracy theories.
>>
>>47520
Interesting that you think Christianity is a conspiracy when it started out as something you'd get murdered for believing, and the Catholic Church conspired for years to keep the content of the scriptures secret from the folks they were exploiting.

I do agree it has been used to oppress and control people however.
>>
>>47521
>when it started out as something you'd get murdered for believing
Starting out as a fringe theory against the powers that be is pretty much a hallmark of conspiracy theories. And rephrasing it as "the government killed the son of god" puts it on par with modern conspiracy theories (although it is worded more carefully in scripture exactly because it would have gotten you killed by the Romans - which in turn gave rise to a whole bunch of new nutjobbery following "the jews killed the son of god" even though Jesus was a jew himself and so were all of his desciples and all of the first generation christian converts).

>Church conspired for years to keep the content of the scriptures secret
"I've seen the evidence, trust me" or "I'm an expert, you wouldn't understand" aren't exactly unheard of either.

But look, it's not going to be a perfect fit, I'm trying to draw a parallel here. We humans are susceptible to such bullshit by virtue of our brain wiring. We *love* easy answers for hard questions. Paint the world in black and white! Most people want an authority telling them who's good and who's bad instead of having to think on their own.

>Most people want an authority telling them who's good and who's bad instead of having to think on their own.

I've noticed there are a lot of people who think that disbelieving certain authorities is the same thing as "thinking on their own." There's more to it than that. People nowadays have a different kind of hubris which is the idea that accepting a materialist worldview is "thinking for oneself" when in fact they too are basing belief on authority. Earnest examination of the available evidence and skepticism of all presumed authorities is the only real path forward. Singling out religious authorities as the only ones in need of questioning is narrow-minded.

on the topic of religion, since we're sharing, i think that modern Christianity at the very least is not what it was originally intended to be by those who founded it. i cant comment on islam because i barely know anything about it. i say this because it is a known fact that there is a big room beneath the vatican housing all of the ancient text omitted from the bible. not many know the contents of those texts so who's to say there isn't a book that said something like "nobody can tell you what to do so figure out the best way to live your life under the service of the Lord" or something along those lines.

I think global warming hysteria is something hyped up by climate scientists because they rely on its relevance in order to keep getting funding. So they need to keep the public on its toes in spite of the fact that all of their doomsday models have failed.

>Timothy Roemer, a former Democratic congressman, asked him when he first found out about the report from the FBI's Minnesota field office that Zacarias Moussaoui, an Islamic jihadist, had been taking lessons on how to fly a 747. Tenet replied that he was briefed about the case on Aug. 23 or 24, 2001.
>Roemer then asked Tenet if he mentioned Moussaoui to President Bush at one of their frequent morning briefings. Tenet replied, "I was not in briefings at this time." Bush, he noted, "was on vacation." He added that he didn't see the president at all in August 2001. During the entire month, Bush was at his ranch in Texas. "You never talked with him?" Roemer asked. "No," Tenet replied. By the way, for much of August, Tenet too was, as he put it, "on leave."

I do believe there is something going on but it'd be fucking stupid of them to use pre-determined pedophile codewords instead of making their own. It probably means something else
>>
>>48243
When I was reading the emails I noticed it independent of the pizzagate threads that those guys talked about pizza all the fucking time and in weird ways. Who schedules pizza for an hour? Do I think HRC is the grand poobah of a child molester ring? Most probably not. I think it's more likely that it had something to do with gay prostitutes which is pretty common for both sides of the aisle in Washington DC.
>>
>>48244
I think that they just really like pizza and have strong ties to Italy. They smuggle some of the best pizza chefs over here and since they are in such high demand, the politicians can only have them make pizza for a limited time.

probably. a few years ago they found one of the earliest chapels underneath rome when christianity just started out as a forbidden cult. the paintings on the wall depict jesus as a shepherd smiling and standing on a hill while the sun shines.

somewhere after that it turned into this strange death cult idolizing the corpse of a martyr and a life of pain and suffering. presumably "have you heard of the guy who told everyone to be nice to each other and to live happily?" had less pull than "have you heard of the literally son of god who brutally died for our sins and wants us to repent our evil ways?" and so they switched stories. i mean, it's a powerful narrative, can't really fault them.

some of the apocrypha are are known (and different religions and parts of religions consider different parts of the bible apocryphal or canon). i like them. some answer fundamental question of the stories told. like - mary is joseph's ward. wouldn't it be strange if she suddenly turned up pregnant? there's an apocryphal story where the people of the temple accuse joseph of having slept with his ward and in the end they settle the dispute in a very sensible way - they literally look into mary's vagina to see if her hymen is still intact.
i get why the church didn't feel comfortable including that part in their canon, but i also think it leaves a considerable gap in the narrative. it really makes you wonder what else they're sitting on that's unpublished.

There are definitely bad actors (on both sides of the issue), but they do have a point. The climate is in many ways like compound interest. If you invest a little now, you get a lot of leverage in 100 years' time If you only start investing in 80 years there's little you can do to change course.

The longevity of some gasses and the increasing difficulty to turn around escalating trends is horrifically opposed to how the human brain works - dealing with issues of the here and now based on data gathered by everyday experiences.

Anybody working with models can easily tell that we could comfortably turn around climate warming - if we made painful but doable changes in the next 5 years. If we stand back, postpone measures and start thinking about the climate by 2060 we'd need exponentially more effort to reverse the trend.

Personally I fear a tipping of the natural balance more than the direct impact of humans. There are some effects, like CO2 trapped in ice and sea water that can really cause a run-away climate warming if we just tip it a little in the wrong direction with comparatively harmless small human effects. And btw, just so we're clear - fuck "nature". This is *our* planet. I don't care about fluffy animals or some rare vine in Brazil if it improves the quality of life for humans. But we're well on track to destroying our own fucking habitats. And that should be fucking scary to anyone with half a brain.

So I know it's dirty, but I'm totally behind hyping up climate warming a little if it helps getting the job done. I don't think it's much of a conspiracy - it's just common sense paired with a bit of ruthlessness.

The Jews are actively conspiring to enrich themselves by degrading western society, by:
- forcing the U.S. and Europe to support Israel
- overcharging for pharmaceuticals
- promoting leftist propaganda in the media and film
- promoting feminism to reduce the white birth rate and fuel the divorce industry
- acting as divorce lawyers
- creating and using complex financial derivatives that increase systemic economic risk, then forcing taxpayers to bail them out when it crashes
- creating scams like binary options trading
- literally running the majority of the porn industry
- overcharging for medical and dental services, at times even lying about dental damage to perform damaging procedures on healthy teeth for more money
- nepotistically promoting other Jews to positions of power
- funneling newly-printed money to the already-wealthy through Fed quantitative easing (all Fed chairs for the past 30+ years have been Jews) instead of to the people
- promoting mass immigration into only white countries
- attacking whites in the media
- funding black hate groups, e.g. Soros Open Society Foundation grants
- opposing the death penalty, taking policies favoring the interests of violent criminals
- infringing on the right to freedom of speech, the right to bear arms, and the right to due process
- creating companies to spy on the population, track everything we say or do, and make it available to the government
- promoting one world government through powerful international institutions and bureaucracies (stacked with Jews)
- promoting communism (the original Jewish scheme for the goyim), to entrench Jews in positions of power while reducing the goyim to slaves

This shit is pretty insidious.

Doc told me to get a questionable one pulled, but then I consulted with a bunch of people and did a bunch of research and it seems that getting one pulled unnecessarily seems to cause the same sort of issues with the same degree of incidence that leaving it might cause.

I'm just gonna leave it where it is until I have an issue, which I haven't yet.

Jews have common ethnoreligious interests but they express it in different ways. They fuck the goyim from both ends.
>>
>>51602
It was a thing where the dentist said that it would need to be pulled because it was coming in at an angle and would impact. However, the one one on the other side came in at the same angle (which I might add is pretty shallow) and never impacted and lines up perfectly with the wisdom tooth beneath it.

They told me that I would just have to look at the x-rays to see it, but when they showed them to me it I didn't. It looked just like the other one that came in just fine and lined up with the bottom one just fine. I told them this and they started telling me that I probably wouldn't be able to take care of it properly and that I would get an infection or something becuase food would get trapped under the gap between the gum and the teeth.

The more questions I asked about it the more evasive they got in general. At that point I kinda got the feeling that they were trying to get me to get it removed because they thought I was too stupid to brush it when it came in, which is pretty frustrating. In the end I just kind of walked out.
>>
>>51634
That's pretty typical of any group to be fair, due to ingroup preference over an outgroup. Generally the only people who don't actively screw over the other are people who are incapable of doing so or people who have no goals or aspirations.
>>
>>51645
Yeah, I don't have a problem with groups acting on their interests in the abstract. It's just that the Jews' evolutionary strategy seems to be hostile parasitism.
>>
>>51645
>Generally the only people who don't actively screw over the other are people who are incapable of doing so or people who have no goals or aspirations.
What if their goal is absolute freedom worldwide?
>>
>>51648
I never really understood the whole "Jews" thing/meme. I legitimatley don't see any big differences between Jews and any other racial/religious/familial groups.

If you put a gun to my head I would just say that maybe they're a bit paranoid and have a stronger ingroup preference than the average person. Both of these things could be due to social factors, education, and upbringing as much as it could be due to genetics. In any case I don't see anything wrong with these things, and they seem to predispose individuals to excel in a capitalistic society.

I'm sure I'll get memed for saying this, but I literally can't see what's wrong with being Jewish

>>51655
1) They would instinctively try to screw over anyone that they perceive as a threat to that goal
2) One does not need to restrict someone's freedoms to screw them in the game of life
>>
>>51668
>I literally can't see what's wrong with being Jewish
Contempt for the goyim is really what it boils down to.
There are a bunch of other things, a few of which are esoteric enough to belong in this thread, but they all generally stem from that.
>>
>>51669
Yea, but content for the goyim is just ingroup preference, which virtually universal. I don't see how Jews are special here.
>>
>>51671
Not him but I agree with most of your argument. In group preference isn't universal though. I'm not Jewish but I've dated a secular Jew before. She was from Israel but had a two nation kind of identity. Most of the secular Jews I've met have been just like Americans but with an Israeli accent. I think religiousity has something to do with how likely a group is going to be rigid on an in group preference and religiousity is a response to how dysfunctional a society is. In a functional society where everyone needs are more or less met then you see less tribal behavior.
>>

>>
>>51644
spam
>>
>>51672
To be clear, I'm not saying that ingroup preference is an absolutist thing. There are varying degrees of it as it's basically an extension of empathy. The more that an individual identifies with another individual or as a part of a specific group the more they prefer those individuals or other members of that group. Conversely the less an individual identifies with another individual or another group the less they prefer them. It's not even that it causes people to hate people who are different from them, it just means that they care about them less more or less by nature.

Even then there are people who don't display any natural sort of ingroup preference, but they are the exception to the rule. Most of the times they are either people who have taken pains to ensure they are unbiased in any situation or they are simply people who have trouble feeling empathy in general.
