Being greateful for what others did good to me. I don't relieve anxiety though, which consists in a bad feeling of having done nothing productive all day.

Stress of having lost anything is nothing to me, I've lost access to several hard drives (whose only important content was courses I had luckily backed up), a 1120$ computer, and other stuff with a surprising cold blood.

Also, I'm affected by others' mean behavior, especially towards me and especially from people I trust or wish they were more reliable. I suppose there are different kinds of stress.
