2. non-passholders can post one (1) picture per hour, and can post text and respond to other non-passholders
3. a non-passholder MAY NOT directly respond to a passholder, but a passholder may respond to a non-passholder
4. non-passholders MAY NOT use special characters, fancy text, or any other premium features
