Alright /vip/pers, we might all be rich, but are we all happy?
>>26546
>Implying we're all rich
>1.27$ a/month to shitpost
Pick one.
>>26549
At least we can pretend
Comfy as fuck here, OP. You don't need much money to be happy.
>>26549
$1.25 actually
>>26546
I'm ok. I am in a point in life where I can do something creative and people pay me for it. I own a home, I have a degree, and I get the satisfaction of 10s of thousands of people telling me that I'm doing alright.
What about you? Are you happy?
>>26546
>we might all be rich
Y-yeah
>>26546
maybe. I'm trying.
>>26546
No
Nah I'm depressed. Or maybe I'm not. I don't know. Last night was the first night I've ever actually felt like I've got nothing to live for, so that's progress in it I suppose.
Wouldn't know what to do even if I was. See a doctor? Fuck that. They'll just say "exercise more and be happy".
>>26629
Maybe you could get a prescription for happy pills and NEET bux if you see a shrink.
>>26629
>See a doctor? Fuck that. They'll just say "exercise more and be happy".
Psychotherapists really don't work that way. They'll treat your mental illness as what it is; An illness.
If you have any family who aren't sacks of shit, talk to them too. But you have to want to be better to solve your problems.
t. bipolar / clinically depressed person
>>26597
>tfw no ice cream
>>26659
>But you have to want to be better to solve your problems.
I just want to be somebody else. Probably better I just don't bother trying.
>>26661
The only person who can change you, is you.
I hope you're able to resolve your problems and be happy with yourself some day.
>>26660
What are you talking about?
>>26546
>Alright /vip/pers, we might all be rich, but are we all happy?
I'm happy in the moment but I dread change. The one thing I do not want happening is my current life situation to be different, and sadly it will have to change sooner or later.
Not looking forward to it one bit. So instead, I distract myself by trying to enjoy it as much as possible
>>26546
I'm hungover right now but I was pretty happy last night. Watching anime with friends is always fun especially when were getting all of the new episodes since the season just started. Half the fun is shit talking the bad anime.
I'm quite happy.
I am well-educated and intelligent, good at sports, talented in the arts, healthy, and independent of women.
So why do I feel that I need something more?
>>26546
lololololol
i have 30 dollers to my name right mang
I am content because i have a job and live alone. I havent found what would truly make me happy in life. Maybe a sexy and loving wife with my children might do it, or something gay like that.
For now, all i have is memes...
>>26695
MADAM CAPTAIN, GET DOWN
>>26546
All of us? Probably not. I can't speak for any of you. I like where I am right now though, and my "everyone that isn't me doesn't matter" stance on life keeps things very simple most of the time, so I'm happy.
>>26546
I'm content with my life but I'm not happy
>>28816
There is a sense permanent satisfaction in knowing that your nloodline will continue through your children, as will your memory, so thats a sort of happiness in its own right
Was annoyingly depressed, but now on sertraline which is actually helping a bit; less angry too. Happy is always temporary so I'm OK with just "satisfied". Every so often I find a new thing to study and that keeps me from getting bored.
Not "rich" but I have enough right now. That's fine with me. Rich can be a problem in ways you don't expect.
Money doesn't buy happiness is bullshit.
>>29250
Money never bought me a girlfriend.
>>26629
They aren't wrong about exercise. Maybe you're the exception, but statistically it would make you happier if you do it consistently. Try social exercises if possible, like go to gym classes or play sports. People are made happier by social connections. If you're just running on a treadmill by yourself it's harder to get satisfaction from that.
>>29279
This is the most sociable period I've had in my life, and also the most miserable.
>>29250
You've never been rich.
Once you have money you have to move your ass to get that happiness.
>>29272
Then you aren't spending it correctly
>>29433
Money doesn't fix my personality.
>>29439
It doesn't, but it makes it so that you no longer need one.
