Proxies are allowed, always have been. Why would they be banned?

Ban-evading is NOT allowed, and of course, proxies are very often misused by Cancer or people posting illegal content like CP, so a lot of them are banned on a per-IP basis rather than IP-range, so a pass won't help you there.

Another problem is that in order to prevent abuse, passes are locked to one IP per 20? 30? something minutes, if you switch IP more often than that you're going to run into issues like "this pass is currently in use by another IP" or whatever, so you won't be able to change your flag more often than that unless you shift into maximum cancer mode and get two setups and shell out for two passes or whatever.

So far this board seems unnecessary. I was hoping that an assembly of the devotees of 4chan would bring better quality discussion, but it seems that there isn't much difference between a community of non-pass users and pass users.

It does, however, generate more revenue for the site(out of envy for muh seecrit club), which is good.
