Just recently downloaded Scid vs PC and hope I can learn how to git gud soon.

Berlin defence! I'm a ~1700's player and especially in blitz games my mind gets fumbled with agressive openings, so the berlin practically raised me 200 points.

Any white openings that you can recommend? I'm looking for solid slow and steady

English Opening if White
French Defence if Black

Every now and then though I try and setup a game for a Four Pawns Attack be it from Alekhine's or King's Indian Defence. Other than that I am not super familiar with all the other openings but have some familiarity.
