Best playtrough is Yes Man with helping the Legion the most and fucking the NCR secretly, because the NCR is a bigger threat for your Vegas in the future.
Then fucking them both in end.

Not really. With the situation as it is in the game, he only cares about the Strip it's literally the only thing he can control. He doesn't have the robots to guard all of Vegas, the Three Families are only in it for their casinos, NCR controls the flow of water and electricity and the NCR army is doing such a shit job defending what they think is their territory it would take his entire fortune to hire enough mercenaries and traders to get things cleaned up

All he can do is sit and wait for someone like the Courier to show up and reactivate his robot army

a normal group of raiders still wouldn't have been able to survive even the relatively small effort the NCR put towards removing them. The fiends were going toe to toe with some of the NCR's elite and still coming out on top. The brotherhood were able to nearly wipe out the vipers, a much larger gang at their prime, because they had the technology that they didn't. If the vipers had the armament the fiend's had there would be a whole different story about the outcome of their fights, especially when you think about how much stronger power armor and energy weapons are lore-wise than they are in game.

How did that female robot "please" House sexually? Obviously she heavily implies that she preforms sexual acts for him but how is that possible? Is she like a sex robot? But House is in a cyro tube thingy and his mind is inside the computer so how does he get pleasure from the robot? He's basically a vegetable inside a tube living in the matrix or some shit.

The Fiends are a problem because they're a bunch of drug addicts, so they're either high as a kite or in withdrawal when they're on the attack, which means they give absolutely zero fucks about living through the experience, and because they get a steady stream of new recruits from desperate idiots from Vegas

They're not regular raiders and they're being allowed to spiral out of control by a complacent General focused on another issue entirely. If NCR was taking steps to cull them, prevent new people joining them and stopping the Khans from resupplying their drugs, they wouldn't be an issue. But they're not doing anything, so the Fiends rule Outer Vegas and have the numbers to assault an army base and potentially win.

House has a thing for scanning the brains of women. Some cut content strings indicate that at one time a female Courier could seduce House and he'd ask you to step into a special chamber where he could give you a CAT scan

She mentions that she was created from a scan of one of House's favourite employees so I guess he sticks her in the tube and watches the numbers
