Delays are normally bad because there's a reason it got delayed and that means there are horrible problems behind the scenes especially when it is repeatably delayed. I honestly don't think that ANY resources are put towards that re-release. They did say that the game won't have ANY new content, right? And as far as I've seen, the animation is outsourced too.

So programmers, writers, artists... NOBODY has to do any work with the rerelease. It's nothing but send the original CG to animation studio -> get the animated scenes -> insert into game.

Really, making that remake webpage took more effort from Lilith than the remake itself will take.
